Please do not send information we do not need, such as health data, religion or political views. If a job genuinely requires it, we ask for it separately.

We also use public professional profiles (for example LinkedIn) when we search for candidates. We tell you the source when we first contact you.

  • Employers: only for a specific role, and only after you have agreed to it.
  • Service providers who help run our systems, such as cloud storage and recruiting software, listed in our Privacy Policy.
  • Authorities where the law requires it.

We never sell or publish your profile.

5. Transfers abroad

If a role or a provider is outside Switzerland, your data may be sent abroad. We do this only where the country offers adequate protection, suitable safeguards are in place (such as standard contractual clauses), or you have agreed after we told you about the risks.

6. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you solely by automated means.

7. How long we keep it

  • Active applications: while we look for roles for you. After [12] months of inactivity we delete your profile, unless you joined our talent pool.
  • Talent pool: until you withdraw your consent.
  • You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.

8. Your rights

You can see, correct, delete or take your data, withdraw consent and object to processing. See Your data rights. You can complain to the FDPIC (www.edoeb.admin.ch).

9. Applying costs you nothing

We charge candidates no fee for registering or placement. See our Candidate Terms.
