1. Free for you
We charge candidates no fee for registering or for finding a job. If anyone asks you to pay for a job through us, tell us at info@alpenselect.ch.
2. What registering means
When you register or send us your CV, we search for roles that fit you. We cannot promise to find you a job. Registering creates no employment contract and does not oblige you to accept any offer.
3. Your information
Please give us accurate and complete information about your qualifications, experience and right to work in Switzerland, and tell us if it changes. We may withdraw a profile if information turns out to be false.
4. Who sees your profile
We pass your profile to an employer only for a specific role and only after you have agreed. You can say no and you can withdraw your agreement. See our Candidate Privacy Notice.
5. Permanent roles
If you take a permanent job through us, you sign the employment contract with the employer, not with us. The employer pays our fee, not you.
6. Deleting your profile
You can ask us at any time to delete your profile. See Your data rights. Records we must keep by law are kept for the legally required time.
7. Governing law
Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer and employee protection rules, including the place of jurisdiction in your favour, remain unaffected.
